Seyal bread recipe i learnt when i used to give tuitions to a sindhi girl... learnt from her mother... i really liked the taste..it is prepared with chunks of bread cooked in tomato gravy... best for morning breakfast or can be served as evening snack.

- 2 tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 spring onion/onion finely chopped
- 1 green chilli
- 1/4 tsp mustard seeds/rye
- 5-6 curry leaves
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp oil

- Heat oil in a kadhai, add slit green chilli, mustard seeds and curry leaves.. let it splutter...then add chopped green onions and saute till it starts changing colour
- Add the chopped tomatoes, coriander, turmeric, chilli powder and salt... mix well.. cover lid and cook on slow flame till the tomatoes become mushy and soft.
- Then add 3 cups water and bring to boil... add the diced bread slices and gently mix.. cover lid for 2 min and let the breads absorb the gravy.... turn off flame and garnish with chopped coriander...serve hot
